These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Piano Tabs (the “App”), provided by:

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the App
Piano Tabs is a music practice tool that allows users to adjust playback speed, create loops, and modify pitch and tempo for practice purposes.
You may use the App only in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms.
Subscriptions
Piano Tabs offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions, including weekly and yearly plans.
Subscription prices are displayed in the App and on the App Store before purchase.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple Account Settings.
Billing and Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple.
Refund requests, billing questions, and subscription management are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms and policies.
Intellectual Property
The App, including its software, design, graphics, trademarks, and related materials, is owned by Martin Höller and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App except where permitted by applicable law.
Disclaimer
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
While reasonable efforts are made to maintain reliability and functionality, no guarantee is made that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Martin Höller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App.
The total liability of Martin Höller for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the App or subscriptions during the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
These Terms remain in effect while you use the App.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it and canceling any active subscription.
Changes to the App and Terms
The App and these Terms may be updated from time to time.
Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, excluding conflict of law principles.
