Blue Banana Bites is our newsletter about focus, neurodiversity, and working with technology at a calmer pace.
It’s a space where we share reflections, practical ideas, and small tools that support attention, rhythm, and everyday work. The newsletter grows alongside our apps and is shaped by the same values that guide how we build software at Blue Banana.
What you’ll find inside
Each issue may include:
- short reflections on focus, overload, and working with limited energy
- practical ideas for navigating ADHD and neurodivergent work patterns
- notes on building and using technology in a more thoughtful way
- occasional updates from behind the scenes at Blue Banana Software
There is no fixed formula. We keep the newsletter flexible so it can respond to real experiences, not content calendars.
How often it’s sent
Blue Banana Bites is sent occasionally, when we have something worth sharing.
We prefer fewer, more meaningful issues over a strict schedule. There is no pressure to keep up, and every email is written to be readable in one sitting.
Who it’s for
The newsletter is written for:
- people with busy minds and demanding schedules
- neurodivergent readers, including those with ADHD
- remote workers, freelancers, and independent creators
- anyone interested in a calmer relationship with technology
You don’t need to use our apps to read the newsletter.
We only use your email to send Blue Banana Bites. We don’t sell data, track behavior across the web, or send marketing noise.
You can unsubscribe at any time, with a single click. Read past issues here.
